We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have tags attached (if applicable)

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

Send us your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products (including custom DTF prints and made-to-order apparel)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Because custom products are made specifically for you, all custom sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Have tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

This right does not apply to custom or personalized items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

  • Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund
